(HOUSTON – May 14, 2015) – All cats six months of age and older are $5 to approved adopters at the Houston SPCA from May 15 through May 17. Limit two per household. Each Houston SPCA adoption package is worth well over $400 and includes: • A health evaluation, age-appropriate vaccinations and rabies vaccination for felines
